Victim: Quaniece Orange , 2-years old at the time of her death. Police Case 1986-186685 On December 2nd 1986 the body of two-year old Quaniece Orange was found by her mother in the bedroom of their apartment in Glen Burnie. Three people were reported to be in the apartment at the time of the death. The case is still open and Detectives are seeking information from additional witnesses.
