Plan Effective Date: October 7, 2004

Zoning Effective Date: October 24, 2005

The Pasadena/ Marley Neck Small Area Plan was adopted in August 2004. Comprehensive Zoning maps for both the Pasadena/ Marley Neck area as well as the Lake Shore area will be introduced to the County Council in June 2005.
