Hours: Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weekdays excepting Holidays. Appointments are recommended. The Long Range Planning Division is responsible for updating and administering the County’s General Development Plan, the 16 Small Area Plans, and the Water and Sewer Master Plan. Additionally, the Division administers various community revitalization programs and coordinates review of the Capital Improvement Program with the Planning Advisory Board.
