On November 22, 2010, Anne Arundel County implemented new 2010 Development Regulations that include the new state stormwater management requirements. Any first time applications submitted after this date will be subject to the new regulations. The final version of the grandfathering provisions are still being resolved with the Maryland Department of the Environment and will be posted on the web site as soon as possible. The 2010 development regulations include Articles 16, 17, and 18, along with a new County Procedures Manual for stormwater management and a new Landscape Manual. These documents are available on this web site and new application checklists and forms will be available on the Inspections and Permits page the week of November 29, 2010.
