Qualifications: The candidate should be pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental or Water Resources preferred), Biological Resources Engineering, Geography, or a related field, with a basic knowledge of GIS principles. Preference will be given to applicants with ESRI ArcGIS 9.x (ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcToolbox) experience in a Windows platform. Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Access) is a plus. Candidates should be able to work in a team environment. |
