NOTES: This pay schedule applies to non-represented employees in the classifications of Deputy Sheriff III (Lieutenant) and Deputy Sheriff IV (Captain) Continues pay schedule implemented on July 10, 2008 (FY09) pay period through FY10 (no change to minimum or maximum of pay grades and no across-the-board increase for employees are funded in FY10). Progression through pay range is by Pay for Performance based on an annual evaluation in accordance with administrative program guidelines provided each fiscal year and funding of increases is subject to budget appropriations.In FY10, no funds have been allocated for performance increases.
