NOTES:

This pay schedule applies to employees of the State's Attorney's Office.  Grades SA-01 through SA-06 are equivalent to the NR pay schedule, however the State's Attorney's pay schedule combines a number of NR grades into SA grade ranges as indicated above known as broad bands.

Continues pay schedule implemented on July 10, 2008 (FY09) pay period through FY2010 (no change to minimum or maximum of pay grades and no across-the-board increase for employees are funded in FY10). 

Progression through pay range is subject to budget appropriations. In FY10, no funds have been allocated for performance increases.

Adjustments to pay schedule for grades SA-01 - SA-06 and across-the-board increases are provided at the direction of the County Executive as approved by the County Council.

Hourly pay rate determined by dividing annual pay by 2080 hours, rounded to 3 decimal places.

NOTES:

This pay schedule applies to employees of the State's Attorney's Office in the classifications of Assistant State's Attorney (SA-07) and Deputy State's Attorney (SA-08).

Continues pay schedule implemented on January 1, 2009 (FY09) through January 1, 2010.  Based on State law, the 1/1/10 schedule adjusts the maximum pay for these pay grades to reflect the noted legislated percentages of the State's Attorney's salary which is $147,093 in calendar year 2010 (3% increase over calendar year 2009 level of $142,809).

Maximum salary levels for SA-07 and SA-08 are established as a percentage of the State's Attorney's salary under the Annotated Code of MD, Article 10, Section 40 and are subject to change whenever the State's Attorney's salary changes.

Progression through pay range is subject to budget appropriations. In FY10, no funds have been allocated for performance increases.
