NOTES:

This pay schedule applies to employees of the State's Attorney's Office. Grades SA-01 through SA-06 are equivalent to the NR pay schedule, however the State's Attorney's pay schedule combines a number of NR grades into SA grade ranges as indicated above known as broad bands.

FY2011 pay schedule reflects no change from the FY2010 schedule. No across-the-board or performance increases for employees are funded in FY2011.

Hourly pay rate determined by dividing annual pay by 2080 hours, rounded to 3 decimal places.

NOTES:

This pay schedule applies to employees of the State's Attorney's Office in the classifications of Assistant State's Attorney (SA-07) and Deputy State's Attorney (SA-08).

Continues pay schedule implemented on January 1, 2010 (FY10) through January 1, 2011. Based on State law, the January 2011 schedule adjusts the maximum pay for these pay grades to reflect the noted legislated percentages of the State's Attorney's salary which is $151,504 in calendar year 2011 (3% increase over calendar year 2010 level of $147,091).

Maximum salary levels for SA-07 and SA-08 are established as a percentage of the State's Attorney's salary under the Annotated Code of MD, Article 10, Section 40 and are subject to change whenever the State's Attorney's salary changes.

No across-the-board or performance increases for employees are funded in FY2011.
