NOTES: This pay schedule applies to all employees covered by AFSCME Local 582 collective bargaining agreement, except employees in specific "Flexible Worker" classifications affiliated with the EXCEL or Maintenance Career Path programs in the Department of Public Works - Utilities Division who are covered by the FW pay scale Implements negotiated pay schedule effective with July 12, 2007 pay period: added 2% to the minimum and maximum of the 7/13/06 pay scale; 2% across the board adjustment for employees, not to exceed maximum for pay grade Establishes negotiated pay schedule effective with January 10, 2008 pay period: added 1% to the minimum and maximum of the 7/12/07 pay scale; 1% across the board adjustment for employees, not to exceed maximum for pay grade Establishes negotiated pay scale effective with April 3, 2008 pay period: added 2% to the maximum of the 1/10/08 pay scale; no across the board increase for employees - scale change only Employees who achieve a satisfactory performance review shall receive a 3% merit pay advancement in 12 month intervals, not to exceed maximum for pay grade Longevity Pay for employees will be as follows and is applied to base rate exclusive of any longevity pay: - At completion of 7 years of continuous service employee is entitled to a 5% increase above current base pay
- At completion of 11 years of continuous service employee is entitled to an additional 5% for a total of 10%
above current base pay - At completion of 16 years of continuous service employee is entitled to an additional 5% for a total of 15%
above current base pay
