- $151,504 (4) |

| |
| (1) County Council Bill No. 23-06 established the compensation of the County Executive to be: |
| ► beginning the first Monday in December 2009 - $130,000 |
| |
(2) State of Maryland Annotated Code 2002 Replacement Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, Section 2-309, established the compensation of the Sheriff of Anne Arundel County to be equivalent to the salary of a captain in the Anne Arundel County Police Department at the highest rate in the pay scale (P4) |

| ► beginning July 10, 2008 (no change FY2011) - $128,064 |
| |
| (3) County Council Bill No. 4-02 established the compensation of the County Council as follows: |
| |
| ► The Chairman of the County Council while in that office, an annual salary of $40,500 for the entire term beginning the first Monday in December 2002; |
| |
| ►The Vice Chairman of the County Council while in that office, an annual salary of $37,000 for the entire term beginning the first Monday in December 2002; |
| |
| ► Each other member of the County Council is entitled to receive, while in that office an annual salary of $36,000 for the entire term beginning the first Monday in December 2002; |
| |
Note: These salaries will remain at this level for terms beginning December 2006 since no legislation to change these salary levels has been adopted since Bill 4-02; each December the County Council elects a new Chairman and Vice Chairman and salaries adjusted accordingly |

(4) State of Maryland Annotated Code Article 10, Section 40 established the compensation of the State's Attorney in Anne Arundel County to be: |

| ► beginning January 1, 2010 $147,091 |
| |
| ► beginning January 1, 2011 $151,504 |
| |
Salary is in effect for the entire calendar year; each January the salary increases by 3% for the entire calendar year pursuant to State law. |
