Business experience will be key in difficult budget year Annapolis (December 18, 2009) - County Executive John R. Leopold today welcomed Chuck Ferrar as the newest member of the County Council. "I have known Chuck Ferrar for many years as a businessman and active member of the Annapolis community," County Executive Leopold said. "I look forward to working collaboratively with Chuck and the rest of the Council on the important issues that our County faces. I am pleased that the Council picked a colleague who has experience running a small business because budget expertise is crucial in this difficult year." Ferrar was selected last night to fill the seat vacated by Mayor Josh Cohen in District 6. |
