County Executive Leopold Kicks Off New Season of "Anne Arundel County Week in Review"

Annapolis, MD (February 9, 2007) - Anne Arundel County Executive John R. Leopold announced today after a two-month hiatus, "Anne Arundel County Week in Review" is back on the air.

The news/magazine style program, which airs on the Public, Education and Government (PEG) Channel, keeps residents up to date on County government issues. The program showcases different agencies along with County news, sports, legislative reports, County Council updates, pet adoptions and even current job openings.

"This program is helpful to anyone who wants to learn more about County government and how it works," said County Executive Leopold. "It takes you behind the scenes of each agency, and updates you on the weekly news as well as special interest stories that are important to you, the taxpayers."

Airdates are as follows:

  • Friday's at 7pm and 10pm
  • Saturday's at 6am, 9am, noon, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm
  • Sunday's at 6am, 9am, noon, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm
