Participants will include purchasing officials from Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard Counties and the Cities of Annapolis and Baltimore. The agenda will feature a guest speaker representing a successful woman-owned business, a brief workshop on how to prepare effective responses to government requests for proposals, and, most importantly, an opportunity to network with approximately 25 purchasing officials representing approximately 21 public purchasing offices from seven municipalities, all in one location.
