Annapolis, MD (November 6, 2006) - Anne Arundel County Executive Janet S. Owens will be leaving office, but not before thanking the citizens of this great County in which she served. County Executive Owens is inviting residents to come join her for a Thank You Celebration to be held on Thursday, November 16, 2006 on the Fourth Floor of the Arundel Center. "I hope everyone will come and share a memory with me," said Ms. Owens. "There are so many people I would like to thank for their trust, hard work and support over the past eight years." Refreshments will be served while Scott Hymes and the Music Room entertain residents during the three-hour event beginning at 3:00 p.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m. The Thank You Celebration will be held Thursday, November 16, 2006 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the 4th floor of the Arundel Center, located at 44 Calvert Street, Annapolis.
