Subdivision, Development and Zoning Ordinances go into effect today
Annapolis (May 12, 2005) - The Anne Arundel County, Office of Planning and Zoning announced today that copies of Articles 21, 26 and 27 are now available both on-line and in print. These Articles reflect the first significant update to the subdivision, development and zoning ordinances in more than 30 years. The legislation that updated the laws was passed on March 21, 2005 and is effective today.

Hard copies of these articles are also available from the Office of Planning and Zoning, Research and GIS Division, 4th Floor,2664 Riva Road, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. The cost is $10.00 for a set that includes Articles 26 and 27, and $5.00 for Article 21.
