Subdivision, Development and Zoning Ordinances go into effect today Annapolis (May 12, 2005) - The Anne Arundel County, Office of Planning and Zoning announced today that copies of Articles 21, 26 and 27 are now available both on-line and in print. These Articles reflect the first significant update to the subdivision, development and zoning ordinances in more than 30 years.
