Annapolis, MD (December 19, 2005) - Anne Arundel County Executive Janet S. Owens announced the appointment of Pamela Rau as her Executive Assistant. In the position, Ms. Rau will serve as the County Executive’s liaison between Government and Community leaders, promoting the County and its benefits regarding the economic growth, the environment and continued development. "I am pleased that Ms. Rau accepted this appointment. Her extensive background in communications and leadership skills along with her organizational and promotional skills will be a benefit to both me and the residents of the County," said Ms. Owens. Ms. Rau worked as the Manager of Store Communications for Hecht’s at their Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
