County Executive Offers One Week of Half Priced Greens Fees Annapolis (July 20, 2005) - In celebration of the official grand opening and completion of Compass Pointe Golf Course in Pasadena, Anne Arundel County Executive Janet S. Owens has directed the greens fees be cut in half for County residents from August 8-11. The four days of discounted golf will also include a complimentary hot dog and soft drink for golfers after the ninth hole. "I want our citizens to come out and see this wonderful county recreational resource for themselves," Ms. Owens said. "Along with Eisenhower Golf Course, Anne Arundel County now has two of the best public courses in the State."
