Anne Arundel Community Television Relocates To New Glen Burnie Studio

 Former Movie Theater Houses Public Access Facility

Annapolis (August 5, 2004) -Anne Arundel Community Television has relocated to its new facility in Glen Burnie.  The new studio is now located at 7480 Baltimore & Annapolis Boulevard.  The studio is the site of the former Glen Burnie Movie Theater. 

Operating hours for the 6,500 square foot studio are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. while staff completes the move.  Night and weekend hours will be added in the near future. 

Anne Arundel Community Television is the public access cable channel for Anne Arundel County. Its purpose is to provide a medium for individuals and organizations to communicate with the citizens of the county by offering training in the use of television production equipment. The facility is available on a first come, first served basis. 

Anne Arundel Community Television will eventually share the overall 24,000 square foot facility with the County's Emergency Operations Center, the Workforce Development Corporation and space for community groups to host meetings.
