Annapolis (June 14, 2004) - The Department of Public Works has scheduled emergency storm drain repairs of a damaged inlet structure on Riva Road at Route 665 in Annapolis. Work is scheduled for Saturday, June 12, 2004 from 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. During construction, the outermost southbound lane (curb lane) of Riva Road at the Route 665 ramp from Route 97 will be closed. The off ramp from westbound Route 665 will be reduced to one lane of traffic onto southbound Riva Road. Motorists will have access to Riva Road from either ramp at all times but should watch for signs and flagmen and expect delays. After the repair is finished on Saturday afternoon, all lanes will be reopened, however, lane shifts for southbound Riva Road at Route 665 will be put in place through Tuesday, June 15 while the concrete work dries.
