Annapolis (September 23, 2004) - Anne Arundel Executive Janet S. Owens recently appointed Veronica Wright to the County Minority Business Enterprise Commission (MBEC). Ms. Wright co-owns Grady-Wright Insurance Associates in Glen Burnie. Ms. Wright has held management positions with the Mass Transit Administration, NASA, Ford Aerospace and the Hubble Space Telescope project. Ms. Wright has been the recipient of numerous awards for sales and service to the community. The MBEC of Anne Arundel County was established to oversee the implementation and operation of the Minority Business Enterprise Program. |
