Owens, Chief Administrative Officer Robert Walker, Anne Arundel County State's Attorney Frank Weathersbee and Fort Meade Installation Commander Colonel John W. Ives officially sign Memorandum of Agreement between Anne Arundel County and Fort Meade setting forth a community partnership between Fort Meade, Anne Arundel County and the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office.
