Owens presented Mr. Toeneboehn, the Regional Sales Manager with Holmatro Incorporated, with a signed Anne Arundel County Flag on March 3, 2004. Mr. Toeneboehn hand carried the flag to Iraq and presented it to a commander of U.S. military forces the following week. The signed flag is symbolic of the many contributions that Anne Arundel County has made toward homeland security in the war against terrorism. | Mr. Toeneboehn, an Annapolis City resident, traveled to Iraq to conduct training for U.S. Army members. Based in Anne Arundel County, Holmatro has manufactured high performance rescue tools in Maryland for more than 17 years. |
