County Executive Signs Friendship Agreement With Chinese City

Anne Arundel County Executive Janet S. Owens and the Mayor  Junwen Chen of Changde City, Hunan Province today signed a friendship agreement at a ceremony at the William Paca House in Annapolis.  The two jurisdictions will explore economic development opportunities in the future.
