Photos on Display in Arundel Center Lobby until January Annapolis (December 4, 2003) - Anne Arundel County Executive Janet S. Owens is hosting a contest for area high school students taking photography classes. Approximately 35 students from nine local high schools are displaying photographs that they have taken and developed. The photographs feature Anne Arundel County vistas. The photographs will be on display at the Arundel Center Lobby, 44 Calvert Street, Annapolis, MD 21401, during the months of December and January. This week, photographers from The Capital selected several prize winners who will receive awards on Monday, December 8, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Arundel Center lobby. Ms. Owens plans to attend as well as teachers, parents and students who have photos entered in the competition. The public is invited to view the photography exhibit during regular County business hours of operation through the month of January. |
