There is a convenience fee assessed each time the service is used to pay a bill. (See the Convenience Fee Schedule). Anne Arundel County receives no money from the convenience fee. Questions regarding real estate property tax, personal property tax, front foot assessment, and water/wastewater bills may be directed to customer service representatives by calling (410) 222-1144 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. Monday - Friday. (In order to accommodate all callers wishing to speak to a representative, the phone system switches to ‘night’ mode at 4:20 p.m.) You may also speak with a customer service representative in person at the 44 Calvert Street location or via email at custserv@aacounty.org. NOTE: MUNIS Self Service (MSS) is unavailable due to system maintenance from 11:45 p.m until 4 a.m. Monday-Friday. A warning is displayed one-half hour before MSS is scheduled to be down.
