On-line viewing and paying of bills – general information

Anne Arundel County has partnered with Official Payments Corporation (OPC) and BankServ Corporation to facilitate viewing and online payments for:

• Real Property (Real Estate) Taxes
• Personal Property Taxes
• Water/Wastewater Bills
• Front Foot/CFAInstallment Agreements

There is a convenience fee assessed each time the service is used to pay a bill. (See the Convenience Fee Schedule). Anne Arundel County receives no money from the convenience fee.

Questions regarding real estate property tax, personal property tax, front foot assessment, and water/wastewater bills may be directed to customer service representatives by calling (410) 222-1144 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. Monday - Friday. (In order to accommodate all callers wishing to speak to a representative, the phone system switches to ‘night’ mode at 4:20 p.m.)   You may also speak with a customer service representative in person at the 44 Calvert Street location or via email at custserv@aacounty.org.

NOTE:  MUNIS Self Service (MSS) is unavailable due to system maintenance from 11:45 p.m until 4 a.m. Monday-Friday.  A warning is displayed one-half hour before MSS is scheduled to be down.

Viewing/Paying Bills

The following screen is displayed when the VIEW OR PAY REAL ESTATE PROPERTY TAXES, PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES AND UTILITY BILLS option is selected:

No login is necessary. You will access the site as a ‘guest’ user

Recreation & Parks Program Registration

The Recreation & Parks Program Registration allows the public to register and pay with a credit card for programs and reserve Park facilities. The programs available at this time include:

Property Information is available for locating information about tax sale properties through the use of views, or on-line reports, which list the properties sorted and grouped according to specific pieces of property information.

A full text search of all property records is also available. The full text search allows users to locate properties based on any information appearing in the property record.
