IMPORTANT NEWS! Effective February 22, 2009 new homes and existing homes undergoing substantial improvement are required to install type 13D residential sprinklers with the following exceptions: - Dwellings on lots with water and sewer plans approved prior to January 1, 2009
- Application for building permit received prior to February 22, 2009
- Homes on private wells are exempted until July 1, 2009
