Inspection Requests On-line 1. From the PAC HomePage, select the “Internet Menu” button from the left navigation or "Request Inspections" from the Internet Options QuickLinks box. From the Permit Internet Menu, select the PERMIT APPLICATION button. 2. When the “Permit Internet Inspections Menu” page is displayed, select REQUEST PERMIT INSPECTION. 3. Make note of the message: “Internet requested inspections may be canceled up to midnight the night before the requested inspection. All other cancellations must be requested verbally through the dispatch office between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at (410) 222-7784.” 4. Enter the permit number, then select the SUBMIT button. 5. When the “Permit Internet Inspection Request” page is displayed, schedule the inspection by selecting the month and date, as well as the inspection type, from the drop-down menus. Select the SUBMIT button. 6. A summary of the date and type entered on the previous screen is displayed. If this information is correct, select the SUBMIT button. If the information needs to be changed, select the BACK button. Select the CANCEL button to cancel the inspection or to start over. 7. If SUBMIT is selected, the “Permit Internet Inspection Request Summary” page is displayed. The AUTHORIZATION NUMBER is displayed, as well as a summary of the request. Another inspection request may be enter by selecting the REQUEST ANOTHER INSPECTION button. |
