Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. except holidays.

The Infrastructure and Environmental Programs Division of Inspections and Permits inspects:

• Permitted grading, stormwater management and infrastructure work and releases grading and landscaping securities
• Complaints of grading without or in excess of a permit. To report a violation call (410) 222-7780 or fill out a Request for Investigation form
