Maryland Safe Boating Course at Downs Park on Saturday, May 17 and Saturday, May 24. Students must attend both classes and pass a written test to receive their license. Come to a training session given by Master Gardeners twice monthly. Receive a free composting unit or troubleshooting guide while supplies last. Fishing dusk through midnight. Downs Park is offering extended hours for fishermen who wish to use the pier during the night time hours.
