A Voter Registration Volunteer is an individual who assists Maryland citizens in registering to vote. NOTE: This individual is not an agent of the Board of Elections for Anne Arundel County or the State Board of Elections. Training sessions for individuals or very small groups can take place in our office. Training sessions for large groups can be conducted at group sites by appointment only. The training sessions are discontinued one (1) week before the close of registration.
