Electronic Anne Arundel County Government

As we build on our goals of bringing government services to you through technology, we are pleased that we are able to provide our residents with services which allow citizens to register for programs, and view and pay bills online with a credit card or an e-Check. We continue to expand our eAnneArundel services. It is our hope that you will find these systems and those to soon follow, easy, convenient and time saving. Effective September 1, 2004, VISA will no longer be participating in utility bill payments. You may still use VISA to pay your Real Estate Tax, Front Foot Assessments, Personal Property Tax and Installment Agreements.

Questions regarding real estate property tax, personal property tax, Front Foot Assessment, and Water and Sewer bills can be directed to our customer service representatives by calling (410) 222-1144 during normal hours of operation or e-mailing  custserv@aacounty.org.

Questions regarding Utility Allocation requirements can be directed to the Department of Public Works by calling (410) 222-7509.
