Sharneeke Lindsay is a knowledgeable, experienced, and versatile employee who learns quickly and willingly accepts any task given. She does not hesitate to offer her assistance to ensure her Unit’s mission is accomplished, taking on other duties on short notice as is often necessary. She exhibits a high degree of professionalism in dealing with the public, clients and fellow staff, and excels at all she sets out to do. Ms. Lindsay is highly security-conscious, confident, and self- directed. She is a personable and highly approachable employee, always happy to share her knowledge and experience as an official adjunct or ad hoc instructor. As one Awards Committee member stated, Ms. Lindsay is a real “go to” person, and the Ordnance Road Correctional Center is indeed fortunate to have an employee of her caliber on its staff.
