Ms. Durosky is an energetic, motivated and dependable employee who takes great pride in her work, is always willing to assist others when needed, and takes on special projects with enthusiasm.  She is computer savvy and uses her considerable skills to enhance not only the Training Unit but the Department in general.  Ms. Durosky possesses a pleasant personality and truly seems to enjoy her job.  She is highly organized and maintains excellent records.  She is responsive to needs and requests and follows through with tasks to their successful conclusion.  Ms. Durosky is well liked and respected by all ranks and disciplines for her efforts, and is appreciated for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence in the workplace.  She is a valued employee who continually seeks to improve her skills and work toward the betterment of the Department in general.  She is well-deserving of being recognized as ORCC’s Employee of the Month.
