| Leadership Development Program |  | In 2009 newly proposed curricula will be piloted, Training Unit staff will offer training programs throughout the calendar year. It is our intention to deliver training that will provide non-supervisory staff with the skills necessary to promote a positive organizational culture through principled leadership practices. By providing training that focuses on the unique skills that correctional supervisor’s must posses, we can successfully manage our agency’s most valuable resource – its people. This Leadership Development Training Program allows participants to assess their personal leadership styles and set specific goals for a career development plan. This program is geared to groom future leaders to work in all aspects of corrections.
