This program is designed to assist the department’s adjunct instructor in designing instruction that focuses on the needs of learners. This seminar provides strategies and skills to infuse the Instructional Theory Into Practice (ITIP) model into their training. The Basic Instructor Training Program incorporates the latest adult learning style, most recent instructional methods and audio-visual technology. Completion of this course satisfies the Maryland Correctional Training Commissions’ general instructor certification training program. |
