Report a Missed Recycling or Trash Collection
If your scheduled collection did not occur, please leave your items at the curb and tell us about it. Our Inspectors will look into the problem as quickly as possible.
The best way to report a missed collection or other problem with your curbside service is to call us at (410) 222-6100 before 4:00 p.m. on the day a collection was missed. Most often we are able to resolve concerns the same day.
However, if you are not able to notify us of the deficiency in your service by telephone during business hours on the day of the occurrence, please call us after 7:30 a.m. the next business day. Our staff and contractors will make every effort to handle your concern the day we speak to you.
Electronic mail is a great communication tool, but for missed collections or other curbside collection problems, the fastest way for us to solve problems is by speaking with you directly by calling (410) 222-6100.
