The Bureau of Highways conducts business in a manner that is consistent with continual  improvement with regard to protecting  the environment. The  Bureau manages, operates and maintains  the County's  roadway infrastructure in an environmentally sound manner by utilizing products, services, and methods that do not impose threats to our surroundings.
