The public is encouraged and invited to attend. A reasonable amount of time is allotted to the public to address the Council on pertinent matters. Members of the public who wish to speak should, after being recognized by the presiding officer, state their name, home address, organization represented (if applicable), the subject matter, whether they are speaking for or against the matter and their remarks. PLEASE NOTE: In order that all those who wish to speak at County Council meetings may do so, individual speakers should limit their remarks to no more than three minutes. |
