The Charter Revision Commission is appointed by the County Council following the publication of each decennial census of the population of the United States, The Commission is charged with making a comprehensive study of the County Government and updating The County Charter as well as considering the Councilmanic Redistricting – changing the boundaries of the County Council Districts to reflect the 2010 census figures.
