Occupational Safety and Health - Training

The Safety Division is responsible for delivering Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) courses to Anne Arundel County employees. This training focuses on general safety information, safety procedures, accident prevention, accident/Injury reporting, biological agents/pathogens, CPR and AED, first aid, work zone safety, chemical storage, Emergency Action Plans, and Fire Protection and Prevention to name a few areas. The goal is to introduce staff and employees to the fundamentals of workplace safety hazards.
