BA 1-14A (C2012-0050 00 NC) Kol Shalom Synagogue (CD 6) This is an appeal of the recommendation for site     development plan approval for a preschool, on property known as 1909 Hidden Meadow Lane, Annapolis.

Cox (AD 2, CD 7) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow a dwelling addition with less setbacks than required and with new lot coverage nearer to the shoreline than the closest façade of the existing principal structure, on property known as 327 Cove Rd., Riva.

 

BA 4-14A (2012-0148-N) D. Ronald Brasher (CD 3)This is an appeal taken from the decision to register three dwellings as allowed nonconforming uses, on property known as 218 Greenland Beach Rd., Baltimore.

 

BA 5-14S (2013-0268-S) Shelter Development, LLC (AD 2, CD 6) This is an appeal of the denial of a special exception to allow an assisted living facility in an R1 Residential District, on property known as 1933 & 1935 Generals Hwy., Annapolis. 

 

BA 6-14V (2013-0251-V) Laurie E. Hill (AD 3, CD 3) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to perfect an accessory structure (carport) in the front yard of a nonwaterfront lot and with less setbacks than required, on property known as 929 Anne Rd., Glen Burnie.

 

BA 7-14A (2012-0058-N) Joann Daugherty Schetrompf (CD 4) This is an appeal of the decision to not register a second dwelling (duplex) as an allowed nonconforming use, on property known as 1200 Baliol Lane, Odenton.

 

BA 8-14A (2011-0184-N) Harry Wilbur, Jr. (CD 2) This is an appeal of the decision to not register two principal structures as a single family dwelling and a 3 unit multifamily dwelling with commercial machine shop, on property known as 186 Obrecht Rd., Millersville.

 

BA 9-14A (2004-0281-N) Fairfield Properties, LLC (CD 3) This is an appeal of the termination of a nonconforming use to allow dry storage of watercraft, a travel lift and an irregular shaped pier with 51 slips for wet storage of watercraft, on property known as 155 Carvel Beach Rd., Baltimore.

 

BA 10-14V (2013-0267-V) Clinton W. Jennifer, et al (AD 2, CD 6) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow an accessory structure (pier) with less setbacks than required on a lot without a principal structure, on property located 12’ along the south side of Chesapeake Ave., 0’ east of Walnut Ave., Annapolis.

 

BA 12-14A, The Depot, LLC (CD 6) This is an appeal of the recommendation from the Office of Planning & Zoning that a liquor license be granted, for property known as 2601 Housley Rd., Unit 15, Annapolis. 

 

BA 13-14V (2013-0288-V) Laura Anne McDuffie Linynsky (AD 2, CD 4) This is an appeal of the denial of a 11 foot variance to the 25 foot front lot line setback and the denial of a 4 foot variance to the 7 foot side lot line setback to allow a two story attached garage, on property known as 936 Waterview Dr., Crownsville.

 

BA 14-14A (2013-0315-N) William N. Young, Jr. (CD 2)This is an appeal of the decision that a nonconforming use does not exist for a four unit multifamily dwelling on property known as 1000-1002 Linda Lee Dr., Glen Burnie.

 

BA 16-14R (2013-0252-R) William R. Buie III (AD 5, CD 1) This is an appeal of the denial of a zoning reclassification from OS-Open Space to R5-Residential District for property of 8.88 acres located 103’ along the south side of Nursery Road, 394’ west of Baltimore Annapolis Blvd., Linthicum. 

 

BA 17-14A, Gordon Lee Lewis, Jr. This is an appeal of the decision of the Personnel Officer to deny a claim for Service Connected Disability Retirement. 

 

BA 19-14V (2013-0302-V) Bernard Kaminski (AD 3, CD 3) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to perfect dwelling additions (retaining walls) with less setbacks than required and associated facilities with new coverage nearer to the shoreline than the principal structure, on property known as 907 Pulaski Ave., Glen Burnie.

 

BA 20-14A (P-2006-0140) Laurel Racing Association LTD Partnership (CD 4)  This is an appeal of the recalculation of EDUs to be allocated and the resulting capital facility charges due, and the allocation reservation charges and capital facility connection deferral fees that are due.

 

BA 21-14V (2013-0316-V) James D. Wagner (AD 2, CD 6) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow a dwelling addition (deck with roof) with less setbacks, new lot coverage nearer to the shoreline than the principal structure, and with disturbance to slopes 15% or greater, on property known as 2920 Southwater Point Drive, Annapolis.

 

BA 22-14S (2013-0311-S) Highs of Baltimore, LLC (AD 2, CD 7) This is an appeal of the conditional granting of a special exception to allow an automobile gasoline station in a C1 Local Commercial District, on property known as 1329 Defense Hwy., Gambrills.

 

BA 24-14A, Walmart (CD 3) This appeal is taken from the notification from the Office of Planning and Zoning to deny the request for impact fee credits, for property known as 8107 Governor Ritchie Highway, Pasadena.

 

BA 25-14A (2013-0168-N) Mark Douglas Weeks (CD 2) This appeal is taken from the decision from the Office of Planning and Zoning to not register a duplex dwelling as an allowed nonconforming use, for property known as 1308 Cunningham Road, Severn. 

 

BA 26-14A (B02292552) Country Home 3, LLC (CD 5) This is an appeal of the issuance of a building permit to alter a single family dwelling to a group home, for property known as 259 W. Pasadena Road, Millersville.

 

BA 27-14A, Marie & Joseph Duffy This is an appeal from the Animal Control decision to impose a "Retain of Custody Order" on the dog "Lita".

 

BA 28-14A, Helen Acosta This is an appeal from the Animal Control decision to impose a "Retain of Custody Order" on the dog "Roxy.”

 

BA 29-14A (B02303979) Charlene Wroten (CD 3) This is an appeal of the issuance of a building permit to construct a 6’x75’ pier to include a 6’x10’ walkway, on property known as 430 Park Creek Rd., Pasadena. 

 

BA 30-14S (2014-0061-S) BA 31-14V (2014-0128-V) Michael C. Booth (AD 8, CD 7) This is an appeal of the denial of a special exception to allow a Renaissance Festival in a RA-Rural Agricultural District and the denial of a variance to allow a Renaissance Festival to be located on a scenic and historic road in a RA district and not have direct access to an arterial road, on property known as 937 Upper Pindell Rd., Lothian.

 

BA 33-14A, David McCluskey This is an appeal of a decision by Animal Control to impose a "Potentially Dangerous Order" on three dogs "Molly", "Missy" and "Chopper".

 

BA 35-14V (2014-0076-V) Martin & Mary Dee Clancy (AD 1, CD 7) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow dwelling additions (family room and kitchen) with less setbacks than required, with disturbance to slopes of 15% or greater, and with new lot coverage nearer to the shoreline than the principal structure, on property known as 332 Derbyshire Lane, Riva.

 

BA 36-14A (2014-0097-N) Charles J. Knight II (CD 4) This is an appeal of the decision to not register an automobile and truck repair shop and buildings #3, #5-13 as nonconforming uses, on property known as 3285 Laurel Fort Meade Road, Laurel.

 

BA 39-14A (2014-0129-N) BA 57-14V (2014-0221-V) William C. Amiss (AD 3, CD 5) These are appeals of the decision to not register a semi-detached dwelling as an allowed nonconforming use and the denial of a variance to perfect a lot with greater density (4 unit multifamily and 2 unit semi-detached dwelling) than allowed and structures with less setbacks than required in an R1 district, for property known as 1831 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd., Annapolis.

 

BA 41-14V (2014-0035-V) Deborah A. Perry & Steven E. Clapp (AD 2, CD 6) This is an appeal of the granting of a variance to allow a two-story dwelling addition with less setbacks than required, on property known as 5 Sands Ave., Annapolis.

Witte, et al, BA 1-15A (B02310369) Crystal Creek Properties, LLC, et al (CD 5) These are appeals taken from the issuance of a demolition permit to demolish an existing single family dwelling, a letter from the Planning and Zoning Officer, and the issuance of a building permit to rebuild a two story single family dwelling, for property known as 984A Hillendale Dr., Annapolis.

 

BA 46-14A (2013-0094-N) Norma Houston (CD 3) This is an appeal of the decision to not register the oversized vehicle parking as an allowed nonconforming use, on property known as 191 & 191A Mountain Rd., Pasadena.

 

BA 49-14V (2014-0156-V) Gardner & Meredith Gue (AD 3, CD 5) This is an appeal of the granting of a variance to allow a dwelling with less setbacks than required, on property known as Parcel 397 located 60’ along the north side of Old Annapolis Rd., 0’ west of Baltimore Annapolis Blvd., Annapolis.

 

BA 51-14A (2014-0143-N) John & Patricia Flynn (CD 6) This is an appeal of the decision to not register a boathouse as an allowed nonconforming use, on property known as 1715 Arrow Cove Lane, Annapolis. 

 

BA 52-14V (2014-0162-V) Jason Parrott (AD 3, CD 3) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to perfect an accessory structure (patio and retaining walls) with less setbacks than required, new lot coverage nearer to the shoreline than the facade of the principal structure, and with disturbance to slopes 15% or greater, on property known as 423 Auds Lane, Pasadena.

 

BA 54-14V (2014-0224-V) Barry & Jenny Bartimo (AD 4, CD 4) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow a dwelling addition (garage) with less setbacks than required, on property known as 337 Council Oak Dr., Severn.
