BA 26-13A, TSC/Howard Road LLC (CD 3) This is an appeal of the determination that new State SWM regulations will apply to a grading permit not issued by May 4, 2013, for property known as 202-214 Shannon Park Court, Glen Burnie.

 

BA 27-13A, Sandra E. Vazquez- This is an appeal of the decision of the Personnel Officer to deny a claim for Service-Connected Disability Retirement.

Patuxent Rd., Odenton. 

 

BA 33-13A (2013-0038-N) Joseph Happel III (CD 2) This is an appeal of decision that a nonconforming use does not exist for two principal dwellings on one lot, one being used as a duplex, on property known as 206 4th Ave., Brooklyn Park.

 

BA 34-13A (B02295969) Harry Bigham (CD 6) This is an appeal of the issuance of a building permit to construct a new single family dwelling, on property known as 2815 Southaven Dr., Annapolis.

 

BA 35-13A, Carol A. Forti (CD 5) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance for the construction of a new single family dwelling with an initial drywell and one replacement drywell, for property known as lots 2 and 4, Pines on the Severn, Riverdale Dr., Arnold.

Wagner (AD 3, CD 5) This is an appeal of condition C taken from the conditional granting of a variance to allow in-kind replacement of an accessory structure (pool) with less setbacks and buffer than required and with disturbance to slopes 15% or greater, on property known as 617 Holly Ridge Rd., Severna Park.

BA 39-13V (2013-0190-V) Donald Bass/AV Trust (AD 3, CD 5) This is an appeal of the granting of a variance to allow an accessory structure on a lot without a principal structure, on property known as 1700 Severn Heights Overlook, Annapolis.

 

BA 42-13A,Vonda D. Hayes-This is an appeal of the denials for a service connected disability retirement dated January 28, 2013 and July 2, 2013 and the fax of copies of those denials dated October 18, 2013.

LLC and Koch Investment Associates, LLC (AD 4, CD 4) This is an appeal of the granting of a special exception to allow for the modification of a previously approved special exception for the Two Rivers PUD, on property located 5,024’ along the north side of Conway Rd., 3,700’ west of Meyers Station Rd., Odenton.

 

BA 47-13R (2013-0202-R) KHI/Jessup Properties, LLC, et al (AD 4, CD 1) This is an appeal taken from the denial of a zoning reclassification from R1-Residential District to R2-Residential District for property of 36.68 acres located along the west side of Wigley Ave., north of Jessup Rd., Jessup. 

 

BA 1-14A (C2012-0050 00 NC) Kol Shalom Synagogue (CD 6) This is an appeal of the recommendation for site     development plan approval for a preschool, on property known as 1909 Hidden Meadow Lane, Annapolis.

 

BA 3-14V (2013-0230-V) Suzan A. Cox & Agnes B. Cox (AD 2, CD 7) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow a dwelling addition with less setbacks than required and with new lot coverage nearer to the shoreline than the closest façade of the existing principal structure, on property known as 327 Cove Rd., Riva.

 

BA 4-14A (2012-0148-N) D. Ronald Brasher (CD 3)This is an appeal taken from the decision to register three dwellings as allowed nonconforming uses, on property known as 218 Greenland Beach Rd., Baltimore.

 

BA 6-14V (2013-0251-V) Laurie E. Hill (AD 3, CD 3) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to perfect an accessory structure (carport) in the front yard of a nonwaterfront lot and with less setbacks than required, on property known as 929 Anne Rd., Glen Burnie.

 

BA 7-14A (2012-0058-N) Joann Daugherty Schetrompf (CD 4) This is an appeal of the decision to not register a second dwelling (duplex) as an allowed nonconforming use, on property known as 1200 Baliol Lane, Odenton.

 

BA 8-14A (2011-0184-N) Harry Wilbur, Jr. (CD 2) This is an appeal of the decision to not register two principal structures as a single family dwelling and a 3 unit multifamily dwelling with commercial machine shop, on property known as 186 Obrecht Rd., Millersville.

 

BA 9-14A (2004-0281-N) Fairfield Properties, LLC (CD 3) This is an appeal of the termination of a nonconforming use to allow dry storage of watercraft, a travel lift and an irregular shaped pier with 51 slips for wet storage of watercraft, on property known as 155 Carvel Beach Rd., Baltimore.

Jennifer, et al (AD 2, CD 6) This is an appeal of the denial of a variance to allow an accessory structure (pier) with less setbacks than required on a lot without a principal structure, on property located 12’ along the south side of Chesapeake Ave., 0’ east of Walnut Ave., Annapolis.

 

BA 12-14A, The Depot, LLC (CD 6) This is an appeal of the recommendation from the Office of Planning & Zoning that a liquor license be granted, for property known as 2601 Housley Rd., Unit 15, Annapolis. 

 

BA 13-14V (2013-0288-V) Laura Anne McDuffie Linynsky (AD 2, CD 4) This is an appeal of the denial of a 11 foot variance to the 25 foot front lot line setback and the denial of a 4 foot variance to the 7 foot side lot line setback to allow a two story attached garage, on property known as 936 Waterview Dr., Crownsville.

 

BA 14-14A (2013-0315-N) William N. Young, Jr. (CD 2)This is an appeal of the decision that a nonconforming use does not exist for a four unit multifamily dwelling on property known as 1000-1002 Linda Lee Dr., Glen Burnie.

BA 27-14A, Marie & Joseph Duffy This is an appeal from the Animal Control decision to impose a "Retain of Custody Order" on the dog "Lita".

 

BA 28-14A, Helen Acosta This is an appeal from the Animal Control decision to impose a "Retain of Custody Order" on the dog "Roxy.”

 

BA 33-14A, David McCluskey This is an appeal of a decision by Animal Control to impose a "Potentially Dangerous Order" on three dogs "Molly", "Missy" and "Chopper".
