Chair Aerobics - Let’s Get Moving  Ages 15 and up

This 45-minute exercise class is a chair-based class for individuals who suffer with pain from arthritic joints, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and other related conditions. The class will focus on range of motion, strength and low impact aerobic exercises. These exercises will help keep your muscles strong and your joints more flexible.

Location O’Malley Senior Center in Odenton $42 for 6 weeks Program starts Monday, January 5th. 6:00-9:00 pm

Adult Social Club Ages 19 and up

Young Adults with cognitive delay and physical disabilities get together on Friday nights with peers for dancing, games, parties and socialization.

Location North County Recreation Center  $120 for 10 weeks

Fri 6:30–9:00pm Jan 16
